普通变形杆菌转延胡索酸为L—苹果酸发酵的研究 被引量:1

摘要 据报导,普通变形杆菌(Proteas,vulgaris)具有高活性的天冬氨酸酶和延胡索酸酶。发酵培养基中若加入大量的(NH<sub>4</sub>)<sub>2</sub>HPO<sub>4</sub>时,该菌可将延胡索酸转成天冬氨酸;氨浓度低时,则将延胡索酸转成L—苹果酸。我们对普通变形杆菌转延胡索酸为L—苹果酸发酵进行了研究。材料和方法一、菌种从中国科学院微生物所、卫生部药物生物制品检定所和山西省卫生防疫站收集有关细菌12株。二。 According to some reports, Proteas vulgaris has the aspartase activity and fumarase activity. This paperreports the study on the conversion from fumaric acid to L—malic acid by Proteas vulgaris. The experimental results show that Proteasvulgaris has high fumarase activity in low concentration of ammonia. When the concentration of fumaric acidis 4%, 80—90% fumaric acid is converted into L—malic acid. From results of orthogonal experiment, optimal inoculum medium of Proteas vulgaris contains 0.5% glucose,1% peptorte,0.3% beef extract, 0.3% yeast extract and 0.3% MgSO_4. 7H_2O; optimal fermentation medium of Proteas vvlgaris for conversion from fumaric acid to L—malic acid contains 4.0% fumaric acid, 0.3% urea,0.01% KH_2PO_4,0.04% MgSO_4.7H_2O,0.05% corn steep liquor,0.0044% ZnSO_4.H_2O,0.001% FeCl3,1.5% methanol,and 5.0% CaCO_3.
