摘要
本文研究了循环免疫复合物(CIC)的制备、纯化及其在聚乙二醇(PEG)比浊法中的应用。实验表明,抗原过剩到一定程度时形成循环免疫复合物的量最大,等价点时形成大分子免疫复合物,但形成免疫复合物的高峰仍是抗原过剩到一定程度的时候。
The preparation and purification of CIC and its application in PEG turbidimetry have been studied, The results showed the quantity of CIC was great while the antigen was oxcossive to a cortain degree, and large molocular of Immune Complexs (IC) formad at the equivalance point, but the peak of formation of IC sti11 appeared when the antigen was excossive to a cortain degree.
