钙通道阻滞剂对心脏功能的影响(综述)
摘要
通道阻滞剂的发展是近二十年来心血管药物研究的一大突破。随着研究的不断深入和新型制剂的相继问世,钙通道阻滞剂在临床上,特别是在心血管系统疾病中的应用范围逐渐扩大。本文拟从基础和临床方面就钙通道阻滞剂对心脏功能的影响作一简要概述。心血管的钙生理简介钙离子在调节心脏和血管平滑肌的机械及电生理特性方面起着非常重要的作用。钙离子的内流。
