摘要
为了寻找测定组织钙调素含量的非放射性同位素方法,我们对 Peter 等的超微量定磷法的稳定剂和反应体积加以改进,并对其它影响因素进行了探讨。其灵敏度达到50ng,测定范围0.05—1.0ug,4小时内稳定。本方法亦适用于有机磷化合物存在下的无机磷含量测定。
Some improvements such as favourable stabilizer,more conveniently detective
volume have been made to the peter's method when authors detected calmodulin
with non-isotopic tracer technicue.The results showed that the detecable sensit-
ivity was 0.05ug,and ranged from 0.05-lug;The colour stability was good
within 4 hours after developing.Some affective factors have also been discussed
in this article.
