新生儿巨结肠结肠粘膜的病理变化

PATHOLOGICAL CHANGES OF MUCOUS MEMBRANE OF MACROCOLON IN INFANTS

本文对15例新生儿巨结肠症的结肠粘膜进行了病理形态研究。结果表明:本病的结肠粘膜均有不同程度的损伤,以中、远段更严重,同对照组有明显差异。特别是结肠粘膜腺体扩张,形成“球拍现象”,认为系本病的特征性改变。对各种病理改变产生的机理及其与临床表现的关系进行了探讨。

The paper made a morphological study on mucous membrane of macrocolon in infants.The result showed that there were some lesions in different degrees on mu- cous membrane and severe lesions at the middle and distant part of colon.Compar- ed with a control group,the grands in mucous membrane of colon expanded to form “pats”——the characteristic change of the disease.Authors researched on the relat- ionship between the mechanism resulted from pathological changes and the chinical manifestation.
