本文主要从用于SCP生产的有机废水、废物种类和微生物种类两个方面对国内外利用有机废水、废物生产SCP的情况进行了综述,并较详细地讨论了各类微生物用于SCP生产时所具有的优点和缺点。最后就利用有机废水、废物生产的SCP的营养价值及安全性进行了评述。

<Abstract >The recent international and national situations of SCP production are summarized in this paper from two aspects: the categories of organic wastes and the species of microorganisms used in the SCP production. The advantages and disadvantges of every kind of microorganisms used in the SCP production are also discussed in detail. The paper ends in discussion of the nutrient value and safety of SCP produced from organic wastes.
