摘要
计算机辅助机构最优综合或优化设计问题主要包括两个方面。一是如何将真实问题抽象为适合于在计算机上进行优化计算和图形演示的数学模型;二是编写或选用计算程序上机计算。本文首次建立了实现函数的双齿轮曲柄机构优化设计的数学模型。将此模型写入已有的非线性规划程序,输入计算机,即可求得该机构的最优设计参数。
<Abstract >Two principal respects are embodied in the computer-aided optimum syn- thesis or design for planar linkages. The first is how to transform the practical problem into the mathematical madel suitable for the optimal calculation and the graphic display on a computer. The second is the programming and the calculating with a computer. In this paper the mathematical model of optimal design of the double-gear crank mechanism for generating a function is first established. The optimal design parameters can be gained by writing the mo- del into a prime source program of nonlinear programing and inputting it into a computer.
