乌桕籽的开发利用途径及其主要产品工艺

Utilization and Processing of the Seeds of Sapium sebiferum

乌柏是中国四大木本油料之一,种子含油量较高。本文对乌桕籽的各种加工工艺,尤其是梓皮油分离技术做了介绍,并分析了乌桕脂的化学组分。旨在扩大乌柏籽的开发利用途径。

Sapium sebiferum is one of the four wooden oil plants in China. Its seeds contain a high oil content. In this paper, an introduction on various processing techniques, especially the one about isolating stillingia oil and vegetable tallow from the seeds, was presented. The chemical composition in the fat of this plant was also analysed. All these efforts are for the further exploitation of the seed.
