Processing and Utilization of Yiwu Dates

义乌大枣已有一千多年的栽培历史,目前仍有广阔的开发利用前境。义乌枣区农民具有传统的加工经验和较强的加工技术。本文对义乌大枣的栽培、开发进行了探讨,并介绍了加工技术。

Yiwu dates, with an over-one-thousand-years long history in cultivation, still remain to be further exploited and utilized. From their Iongterm practice, the farmers in its producing area have possessed rich traditional eyperience and a Whole set of techniques in processing. A preliminary study was made in this paper on exploitation and utilization of the Yiwu dates and an introduction on its processing techniques was also given.
