食用菌竹荪在竹林中人工栽培的探讨

Preliminary Study on Artificial Culture of Dictyophora sp.in Bamboo

试验表明食用菌竹荪在竹林中可以进行人工栽培,5月栽种,经过2～3个月的菌丝营养生长,便开始进入子实体发育阶段,9～10月形成子实体。子实体采收后去掉菌托与菌盖,留下菌裙与菌柄,即可供食用。

The present paper reported the artificial culture of Dictyophora sp. in bamboo. We planted mycelia of Dictyophora sp. grown in the soils of bamboo in May. After 2～3 months of nutrient growth the fungus began to produce basidiocarps. The formation of basidiocarps was in September through October. Removing the pileus and volva of the picked basidiocarp, the left veil and stipe are edible.
