摘要
50例正常家兔动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)均值为103.6mmHg(13.78kPa)。将给高氧饮料前和给后10′、30′、60′、90′的 PaO_2进行对比,给予后 PaO_2均升高。给高氧饮料后不同时间的 PaO_2值,相互间并没有显著差异。对照组在小肠输入对照液后的不同时间与给予前的 PaO_2值相差均无显著意义。将高氧饮料组与对照组的相应时间变动值进行比较,结果表明,相应时间组的变动值之间,均具有显著或高度显著的差别。文中对于提高 PaO_2的可能机制进行了较深入的讨论。
The average value of partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood (PaO_2)of 50 normal rabbits was 130.6 mmHg(13.78 kPa).It was found that partial pressures at 10,30,60 and 90 min.after the high oxygenated beverage was infused to small intestine were higher than those before the infusion.According to statistic results,a significant difference was found among various times after and before the infusion,but no significant difference before and after the infusion of reference liquid given. Furthermore,comparisons of variations between the high oxygenated beverage group and the reference group at corresponding timer showed a significant or a very significant difference. The possible mechanism to increase PaO_2 was also discussed.
