甲胎蛋白分子变异体交叉亲和酶联免疫电泳分析法

摘要 本研究创立一种快速、直接的甲胎蛋白小扁豆凝集素(LCA)亲和分子变异体分析法,这种新方法交叉亲和酶联免疫电泳法是由小扁豆凝集素亲和电泳和酶联火箭电泳结合构成的,能直接将甲胎蛋白分为 LCA 反应性和非反应性两个部分。分析了15例原发性肝癌,其血清甲胎蛋白 LCA 结合型占总量的21~90%,15例中有14例 LCA 亲和谱呈双峰型,而6例良性肝病患者均呈单峰型,属LCA 非结合型。显然,本法可以有效的鉴别这两种疾患。 A rapid and direct analytical method of the lentil lectin affinity mole- cular variants of alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)was developed.This new method crossed affinity enzymoimmunoelectrophoresis is a combination of lentil lectin affinity electrophoresis and enzymorocket electrophoresis,it has been possible to deride the AFP into two subfractions(LCA-reactive and non-reactive fractions,LCA-R,LCA-N).We studied 15 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma,finding that 21—90% of the serum AFP was LCA-R and the LCA affinity pattern of 14 cases was double—peak. pattevn In contrast,the LCA affinity pattern of the 6 patients with benign liver disease was single peak(LCA-N).Evidently,this new technique can be effectively used effectively to differentiate these two conditions.
