摘要
夹闭家兔双侧颈总动脉与锁骨下动脉复制完全性脑缺血模型,研究缺血时间与从脑回流的静脉血液中 pH、血气、白细胞及血小板计数变化的关系,并观察了缺血5分钟后脑组织形态学的变化。结果显示:在脑缺血5′内,PvCO_2随缺血时间的延长而逐渐升高,而 pH、PrO_2、SO_2%、HCO_3^-及 CO_2 CT 却随着缺血时间延长而下降,尤以 pH、HCO_3^-、CO_2 CT 的变化迅速而规则;血液中的白细胞数和血小板数也逐渐减少;缺血5′后,大脑皮质,海马组织出现水肿,部分细胞发生核溶解,少数细胞崩解,这些组织的毛细血管扩张,淤血,小脑除出现水肿外,无其它特殊变化。
Complete cerebral ischemia was induced by clopping bilateral common carotid arteries and subclavicular arteries.The blood returned from brain was collected every minute and the pH,blood-gas,numbers of WBC and platelet were measured.The histological alterations in the brain in which obstructed blood flow last 5 minutes was observed.The results show- ed that PvCO_2 increased step by step during 5 minutes of complete cere- bral ischemia.But pH,CO_2CT,HCO_3^-,SO_2% in the venous blood and PvCO_2 decreased progressively.Among them,pH,HCO_3^- and CO_2CT changed more rapidly and regularly.The numbers of WBC and platelet also decreased gradually as the time of ischemia prolonged.When ische- mia lasted 5 minutes,edema in cerebral cortex and hippocamp was observed. Karyolysis in some cells occured.A few cells were destroyed.Capillarecta- sin,hyperemia,haemorrhage in the cappiraries in these tissues happened. In cerebrallocortex,special changes were not observed except edema.
