摘要
安络血作为促凝药物应用于临床以来均被认为其作用点在毛细血管,就现有资料介绍,它有增强毛细血管抵抗力,降低其通透性;对抗透明质酸酶,稳定血管周围组织中粘多糖和使毛细血管断端回缩而达到止血作用。在实验中,我们发现此药物除有血管因素影响促凝作用,并对血液具有直接促凝作用。
The effect of adrenosem has been considered on capillary since it is clinically used as coagulant.With the introduction of present materials, it can enhance the resistance in capillary,decrease the permeability anlagonise hyaluronidase,stabilize mucopolysaccharide in tissue and make capillary section contract.In our experiments,we found that adrenosem also had directly coagulant effect on blood in addition to producing coagu- lant effect by affecting vessel.
