脑转移癌的免疫组织化学观察

An Immunohistochemical Study at Metastatic Carcinomas of Brain

本文应用 H、E 及免疫组织化学方法对339例脑肿瘤中的38例脑转移癌进行观察,其中29例腺癌,角蛋白标记强阳性的占15例,其余12例有部分细胞为阳性,鳞癌4例中,阳性及强阳性各2例,未分化癌中,无一例为强阳性;波形蛋白标记除3例腺癌为弱阳性外,全属阴性;用神经胶质纤维酸蛋白标记的各种组织类型的转移癌,结果全部阴性。

With immunohistochemical technique and HE staining,38 cases of meta- static carcinomas among 339 cases of brain tumors were studied.The stain- ing results of keratin showed that 15 cases were strongly positive and 12 cases were positive or weakly positive in 29 cases of adenocarcinomas.2 ca- ses were strongly positive and 2 cases were positive in 4 cases of squa- mous cell carcinomas.None of undifferentiated carcinomas was strongly po- sitive.The staining results of vimentin showed that only 3 cases of adeno- carcinomas were weakly positive.All of them were negative in glial fibre acid protein(GFAP).
