本文选择46侧二尖瓣脱垂(MVP)患者,分析超声心动图(UCG)的 MVP 征与临床体征的相应关系,认为收缩期二尖瓣向上移位不一定就是病理性异常。为了辨别正常与异常 MVP 之间的界限,就病理性 MVP 临床诊断标准提出了见解,同时指出超声波医师对 MVP 患者检查应注意的问题.

This paper selected 46 cases of mitral valve prolapse(MVP)and ana- lysed the relationship between echocardiographic(UCG)sings of MVP and clinical physical sings.It is recognized that superior systolic displacement of mitral valves is not simply pathologic abnormal.In order to distinguish the abnormal MVP from normal superior systolic displacement of the mitr- al valves.We put the clinical diagnotic criteria of pathologic MVP for ward for consideration.At the same time,we proposed some suggestions whi- ch should be paid attention when the echocardiographic doctors examine the patients of MVP.
