摘要
国产陀螺罗经的可靠性问题是罗经使用单位和维修部门公认的最薄弱环节之一,也是与国外罗经之间的主要差距,因而提高国产罗经的可靠性已成为赶超国际先进水平的一个重要方面。在罗经故障中,由电子设备引起的故障占了相当比重。本文从分析电子设备的可靠性入手,以JYJD—Ⅱ型陀螺罗经电源系统为例,分析了可靠性设计中的一些问题,对MTBF进行了预测和估计。实践证明,为提高可靠性所采取的措施是必须的,可靠性预测也具有一定的正确性。
It is well known that the main gap between the gyro- compass at home and abroad is its relialibity.The gyrocompass ma- de in China is weak in relialiblty.So the most important thing for us to do is to increase the reliability level in order to catch up with the international advanced level.Because most gyrocompass fai- lures are caused by electronics,this paper is concerned with the reliability of electronics at first,then takes the JYJD-II type gyro- compass power as an example,analyzes some problems in reliability design,and estimates and evaluates MTBF.It is shown in practice that the measure is necessary to improve reliability,and the esti- mate of reliability has some correctness.
