摘要
本文介绍了精密球形零件的专用四轴研磨机,采用微机周期性地改变研磨机的旋转方向,使得被加工零件达到很高的圆度。采用这种研磨机加工了光学玻璃样板球、静电陀螺的空心转子和实心转子,圆度均优于0.020微米。文中还介绍了圆度的精密计量方法,采用计算机处理多位置的测量数据,可以补偿圆度仪的主轴回转误差。
The paper describes the four-spindle lapping ma- chine developed specially for manufacturing precision balls.The direc- tion of rotation in the lapping machine is controlled by the micro- processor periodically and the ball can be manufactured with high precision in roundness.Some optical glass balls,hollow aluminium rotors and solid quartz balls of the electrostatically suspended gyro have been manufactured with roundnesses up to 0.020 micrometer. The multi-position method for precision roundness measurement has been described in the paper.The error in spindle rotation of a Ta- lyrond 3 has been determined and compensated by the computer used for processing the measurement data at the 10 positions.
