一种补偿转台速率波动的方法

摘要 本文以S-1型转台为例,分析了影响转台速率性能的主要因素。经理论分析和大量实测结果表明,S-1型转台的速率波动中,“一度一周期”的成分占主导地位,同时,“一度两周期”的成分亦很显著。在以圆光栅或圆感应同步器为测角反馈元件的其它转台中,也会出现上述类似现象。本文还提出一种补偿转台速率波动中由测角误差引起的系统性误差的方法;并给出实测结果。大量实测结果表明,经过补偿,转台速率波动一般可比补偿前减小50%左右,个别情况下,可达70%。这充分说明,这种补偿方式是可行的。该方式具有简单、经济、直观且有效的特点,易于转入工程实用。采用该补偿方式,将转台速率均匀性提高半个数量级是可能的。同时,由于不需对原系统做任何改动,故本法尤其适用于对现有中、低精度转台的改造。 Taking the rate table type S-1 as a model,this paper analyses the main factors influencing the rate character of table.Focus on point is put on the spectrum constitution of table rate fluctuation and its inherent law. Analysis and experimental results demonstrate that in table S-1 the spectrum with 1°period is outstanding,meanwhile,the spec- trum with 0.5°period is obvious.Similar phenomenon can be found out in other tables constructed by means of inductosyn or grating as feed-back element.In this paper,a method compensating system- atic error in rate fluctuation and experimental results are present- ed.The results demonstrate that through the compensation the ra- te fluctuation is reduced by 50% generally and even by 70% some- times.Compensation proves itself effective. The method obtained here is simple,audio-visual,cheap and easy to be put into practice. It is possible to make half an order of magnitude improvement in rate homogeneity by means of given compensation mothod.Be- cause there is no necessity to change any part oforinginalsystem, the method obtained here is quite suitable for improvement of exist- ing rate tables.
