糖尿病性肾病微量元素变化的初步探讨

The Research of the Trace Elements Change in Renal Disease in Diabetes Mellitus

本文以高频等离子体发射光谱法测定50例正常人及52例糖尿病人血清11种微量元素的水平,并对糖尿病合并肾病病人与糖尿病无合并肾病病人之间的微量元素变化作比较。结果显示糖尿病人血清微量元素 Ba、Fe、Mg、Mo、Ti 及Zn 水平降低,Cu 水平升高,有显著性差异。糖尿病合并肾病组血镁下降程度较无合并肾病组为轻。(P<0、05)。本文对糖尿病合并肾病与无合并肾病两组血镁下降水平不同的原因作初步探讨。

11 Kinds of trace element were determined in 50 healthy persons and 52 cases-of diabetes mellitus.The trace elements change was also compared in diabetes mellitus with renal disease and non-renal disease. The result showed as follows:trace elements Ba,Fe,Mg,Me,Ti,Zn, in patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly lower and Cu was significantly higher than those in the healthy group;The level of serum Mg decrease in diabetes mellitus with renal disease was much less than that in non-renal disease.The causes of the different change of serum Mg in diabetes mellitus with renal disease and non-renal disease were discussed.
