γ——心功能仪对晚期尿毒症病人血透前后左心功能的评价

Assessment of the Left ventricular Function in Patients with End—stage Uremia by γ—cardiac Meter in Prehemodialysis and Maintenance Hemodialysis

本文用γ—心功能仪对30例晚期尿毒症病人血透前后左心功能进行评价。结果显示:γ—心功能仪是能早期反映左心功能较敏感的无创性检查方法。晚期尿毒症病人左心收缩与舒张功能都有受损,而部分病人舒张功能损害早于收缩功能损害。血透能有效地改善尿毒症病人左心功能。血清β_2微球蛋白可能系尿毒症毒素物质之一,与左心功能损害可能有关,通过血透它能被部分清除。

The left ventricular function was assessed by γ-cardiac meter in 30 pa- tients with end-stage uremia before hemodialysis and during maintenance hernodialysis.The result showed that the examination with γ-cardiac met- er was a sensitive and non-injured method which could demonstrate the early injury of left ventricular function.In patients suffered from end-sta- ge uremia,both systolic and diastolic functions were damaged.And the diastolic function damage was earlier than the systolic one in some patien- ts.Hemodialysis could effectively improve the left ventriculr function in these patients.Serum β_2-microglobulin might be one kind of uremic toxin and relate to the left ventricular function damage.It could be eliminated partly by hemodialysis.
