GA_3,NAA对佛罗里达平菇菌丝生长影响的研究

EFFECTS OF GA_3 AND NAA ON THE GROWTH OF THE HYPHA OF PLEUROTUS FLORIDA

通过对佛罗里达平菇使用GA_3和NAA,测定其对菌丝生长的影响.结果表明,当GA_3和NAA的使用浓度分别为8PPM和10PPM时,对菌丝生长、合成细胞物质有促进作用,而超过此浓度范围时,对菌丝生长不利。

The effects of GA3 and NAA on the growth of the hypha of Pleurotus florida was studied. The result showed that when the concentrations of GAs and NAA were 8 ppm and 10ppm the degree of growth of the hypha and synthesis of cell subsances were increased.But when the concentrations of GAS and NAA added were higher than the above concentrations. The effect of the hypha's growth was suppressed.
