茴香醛与苯乙酮和丙酮的醛—酮缩合反应

ALDOL CONDENSATION REACTION OF ANISALDEHYDE WITH ACETOPH ENONE AND ACETONE

茴香醛与苯乙酮和丙酮在3％～8％NaOH-EtOH催化下的醛—酮缩合反应,产物4—甲氧基查尔酮和1,5—二(4'—甲氧基苯基)—1,4—戊二稀—3—酮都以很高的产量获得。没有发现自缩合产物。这两个产物的熔点,IR和NMR已被测定。

Under 3%~8% NaOH-EtOH catalysis, aldol condensation reaction of Anisaldehyde with Acetophenone and Acetone gave 4 -Methoxychalcone and l,5-bis( 4-Methoxyphenyl )-l , 4 -penta-diene- 3 -one in very high yield. Self-condensation products were not found. The M.P.of products and their IR, NMR have been determined.
