摘要
液态酿酒废液闭路循环全回用的研究。酒糟废液通过预处理和加入生化复合添加剂,解决了对酵母发酵有毒物质的积累问题;增加了酵母的营养成分;促进了酵母的生长。处理后的废液可直接应用于生产。本研究对酒糟废液进行了21次循环全回用的工厂中试,循环回用次数对出酒率和酒的质量无不良影响,淀粉出酒率未见有下降趋势,最高可达到94.47%.实践证明,酒糟废液闭路循环全回用是可行的。本研究能彻底消除环境污染,无污水排放,能节水,节约能源,节省硫酸,提高出酒率;缩短发酵周期,提高设备利用率;能最大限度地回收水资源和饲料资源;具有显著的环境效益、经济效益和社会效益。该技术已达到国内先进水平。
The article discusses the study of liquid state making wine waste liquor close recycling all reuse. Vinasse and distillery slops passes pretreatment and adds to biochemical compound additive, solving the cumulative problem to the matter of yeast fement harm; adding to yeasty nutritive composition; promoting yeasty growth. The treatned waste liquor can use to industrial production directly. In the study, waste liquor close recycling all reuse had gone on 21 times pilot-plant-scale experiments, recycling reuse number of times were free from harmful effects to the yield and quality of wine. The yields of starch production wine were froe from drop trend, the most gets to 94. 47%. Practices proof, vinasse and distillery slops close recycling all reuse is practicable. The study can eliminate pollution of the environment; without wastewater discharge; economizing water; economizing energy sources; saving sulphuric acid; raising wine yield; shortening ferment period; enhacing utilization rate of equipment and installations; recovering water resources and feed resources the most limitly; having marked economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. The technology come up to internal advanced level.
