通过随机选择、临床对照使用人体白细胞干扰素配合化学药物与单用化学药物治疗肺癌的研究,发现使用干扰素配合化疗比单用化疗近期临床效果要好些,症状缓解明显。X 线胸片显示大部病例的痛灶缩小。使用干扰素配合化疗是当前综合治疗肺癌的一种较好方法.适合于不愿手术的肺癌病人以及不能手术的中晚期肺癌患者。

By choosing all will human white blood cell interferon with chemiotherapyand drugs in treating lung cancer,we huve found that the former is much better than the latter,and the symptom and in the x-ray get an obvious diminish in therapeutic group.Therefore, interferon combineed with chemiotherapy is a good-way to traatment lung cancer.This is appropriate for those who don't want to undergo operation and those who cannot have op- eration.
