颏颈部烧伤瘢痕挛缩畸形的手术治疗

Correction of Burn Scar Contracture of the Mental Neck

本文报告了从1974年4月到1987年4月我科收治的37例颏颈部烧伤癜痕挛缩的病人手术治疗.并根据病人的畸形程度及颏颈部皮肤损害情况。介绍了五种不同的手术方法,对皮肤移植术和皮瓣移植术.及术后病人的功能及容貌的恢复作了分析.对手术时机,术式的选择,术后的护理进行了讨论,提出作者的一些体会通过随访,远期疗效较为满意.

This article reports the operative trcatont of 37 patients with burn seareontracture in the neck,and introduces five different kinds of operative methods.Anslysis of skin guaft, skin flap graft and operative results,operative time.operative methods and nursing after operation are discussed.results are satisfued in long-term follow-up.
