小儿原发性肾病综合征治疗中的严重并发症34例报告

Severe Complications Presenting During the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome in Childrem:A Report of 34 Cases

我科1968年～1988年收治小儿原发性肾病综合征231例.发生严重并发症34例(14.72%).其中并发急性肾上腺皮质功能减退症3例(8.82%),高血压脑病9例(26.47%),高凝状态3例(8.82%),低钠血症21例(61.76%).急性缺血性坏死性骨髓炎1例(2.94%),对其并发症的发病机理进行初步探讨,提出了抢救措施,取得了较好的效果,34例抢救成功33例(97.06%),死亡1例(2.94%).

231 cases of primary nephrotic syndrome in children had been treated in our hospital 1968 to 1988.There were 34 cases(14.7%)of severe complications among these cases. Among them,there were 3 cases(8.8%)suffered from acute adrenal cortical insufficiency,9 cases(26.4%)of hypertensive encephalopathy,3 cases(8.8%)in a state of hypercoag ulability,21 cases(61.7%)of hyposodiumia and one case(2.9%)of acute ischemic necrotic osteomylitis.Pat hogenesis had been discussed.Methods for rescue were advanced and with good results.
