应用复合耳廓组织瓣修复部分鼻翼缺损

Repair of the Partial Nasal Ala Defect with Composite Auricular Flap

由于鼻翼的特殊结构和外形,当其有缺损时,修复较为困难。本文报告用耳廓复合组织瓣修复6例部分鼻翼或部分鼻尖缺损患者,取得了较好的近、远期效果。介绍了手术方法及其优点,并讨论了适应症。

It is difficult to repair the defected nasal ala anl nasal tp because of their speical structures and outer forms.This paper makes an analysis of six cases with primary repair of partial nasal ala defect and partial nasal tlp defect using auricular composite flap graft.It also introduces the operation methol and emphasizes the merits of the method and discusses the indications.
