老年性黄斑变性的静态视野分析

Static Perimetry in Aging Macular Degeneration

本文报告采用 Goldmann940—st 型视野计,对10例老年性黄斑变性患者进行的0—180°径线静态视野检测结果。表明:老年性黄斑变性的网膜光敏感度较正常对照下降,不仅以中央20°以内为明显,且外围部亦低于正常。三例单眼患者的健眼中,有二例静态视野异常。通过本研究,作者认为,老年性黄斑变性时的视网膜光敏感度异常,不仅累及后极部.同时也累及外周部网膜,但以前者为重.静态视野检测有助于老年性黄斑变性的视功能评价,并且可以为早期发现本病提供有用的参考。

We studied 10 patients with Aging Macular Degeneration (AMD) to see the difference of static permietry between AMD and normal group.Static perimetry was tested on the Goldmann 940-st perimeter at 19 points along the horizontal meridian.The results showed that the retinal light sensitivity of AMD was decreased at the same positions compared with the normal group. It was not only in the central 20-degree area,but also in the peripheral region.The static perimetry on two normal eyes out of three patients with only one AMD eye was abnormal,too.According to this study,the authors suggested that the abnormal sensitivity in AMD is not only in the central area,butalso in the peripheral region and is prominent in the former.The static perimetry is favourable to estimate the retinal function in AMD,and could give the information for early finding of AMD.
