开角型青光眼早期手术治疗的探讨

本文通过对92倒105只开角型青光眼药物治疗或手术治疗的视野改变临床分析,提示临床上对开角型青光眼 C 值不正常伴早期视野缺损的病眼,行氩激光小梁成型术(ALT)或显微小梁切除术等,对预防其祝功能损害发展有重大意义.

The authors analysed visual field of the 105 eyes of 92 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma treated by druy or operation.The results showed that prevention vision function damage of open-angle glaucoma had great significance for the Argon Laser Trabeculectomy(ALT)or Trabeculectomy under the microscope for open -angle glaucoma.With abnormal C value.
