绞股蓝营养器官的解剖学研究

摘要 本文主要研究了绞股蓝Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb.)Makino,营养器官的解剖结构。叶为背腹叶,表皮上有表皮毛和腺毛;气孔器为王冠型(Stephanoeytic type),主要分布在下表面;主脉中一般具1个双韧维管束。攀援茎纤细,一年生,只具初生构造,周维纤连成1环;维管束双韧型,9或10个,排呈两圈,外圈5个,内圈4或5个,其中2个较大;无髓腔。攀援茎的基部匍匐地面,越冬不死,能产生次生构遗,变为多年生,外被周皮;周维纤维断裂,仅存于韧皮部的外方;维管束逐渐增大,排呈不规则的1圈。根初生构造中初木2~4原型,部有或无;次生构造中可有次生皮层发生;次生维管束2~4个,外韧型。 This paper chiefly deals with the anatomical structure of the vegetative organs of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino.Leaf: It is dorsiventral. Epidermal hairs and glandular are present on both sides of the leaf. Stomata are Stephanoeytic type, mainly distributing on the lower surface. In general, a single bicollaterel vascular bundle usually is present in the midrib.Stem: Scandent stem has only primary structure. In the cortex, there is a continuous ring of fibrous cells, that is perivascular fiber, There are two rings of bicollateral vascular bundles, the outer ring 5, the inner ring 4 or 5(two of them are larger). The old stem is prostrate or burying undergroung, having secondary structure, The perivascular fiber become discontinuous, And the vascular bundles are extensive in volume gradually and rearrenged in a irregular ring.Root: The xylem in the primary structure of the root is diarch to tetrarch Pith is present or absent. In old root, the cells of the phelloderm may increae in number gradually when the root is extensive in volume, and forming the secondary cortex.
