自然交配下种鸡同雌异雄适宜轮配方案的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 本试验在自然交配条件下,以兼用种贵州黄鸡为试验材料,采用快、慢羽等位因基作为遗传标记,通过对4组轮配方案进行对比测定表明:1.需要辅助人工授精的种鸡同雌异雄轮配方案,不宜供仅行自然交配的条件采用。2.在轮配过程中,应弃去混杂种蛋的时间不得少于9天。3.在前一轮公鸡配种结束离圈时即放入后一轮公鸡,是可行且更为可取的一种公鸡轮换方式。4.当后一轮公鸡在白天中午或下午放入时,第二日的蛋应属混杂蛋,不宜再作前一轮公鸡的种蛋保留。但在晚上放入则仍可保留。5.由于有很多因素制约,对于轮配过程中每轮公鸡的适宜留种期的安排,不宜苛求一律,应由实际场的情况具体规划。根据这些结果,初步拟定了一个适于自然交配条件的新的轮配日程方案。此外,试验发现,在轮配过程中,发生于母本体内的由后一轮公鸡的新精子对前一轮公鸡残留老精子的抑制和取代受精作用是一次完成的。 This research was decided by using double breed——Guizhou Brown Fowl and taking rapid and slow-feathering alleles as genetic marker in the natural service. Results of comparing measure by four schemes of shift mating are following.1) It is not available on the natural service for the schemes which need supplementing artifcial inseminatisn.2) In the procedure of cock shifting, the times discarded mixed fertile eggs are to be nine days at the least.3) It is possible that the second cock is removed in the mating pen when the first cock is removed out one.4) The fertile eggs of following day can not coutinue to have breeding eggs for the first cock when the second cock is removed in the mating pen at noon or afternoon in the day, but at night one is possible.5) Because of there are a series of controling factors, it is unrealistic that the breeding periods of every shift cock fix uniformly up the scheme of shift mating and should plan according to specific situation in the poultry farm.On the basis of adove-mentioned results, a new scheme fited in with the natural service is advanced. The measure also indicated that the two schemes of forefathers recommending want to correct.
