摘要
本研究采用家兔全身性Shwartzman反应为动物模型,观察到肝细胞线粒体结构和功能均受到明显损害;而热毒清能保护线粒体的呼吸功能,维持线粒体结构完整,并能拮抗内毒素诱导的脂质过氧化损害。热毒清体外给药能拮抗内毒素对线粒体的氧化磷酸化脱偶联效应。从而提示热毒清具保护线粒体之功效。作者认为热毒清的细胞保护作用为其应用于重症感染性疾病提供了新的理论依据。
Rabits with general Shwartzman reaction were used as animal models. The results demonstrated that the structure and function of the chondrosome in hepatic cells were markedly damaged,and 'Re Du Qing' could protect the respiratory function of the chondrosome and keep the structure of the chondrosome intact. Also,'Re Du Qing' could antagonize the damage due to lipid peroxidation induced by endotoxins. In vitro'Re Du Qing' could antagonize the endotoxic effect of decoupled oxidative phosphorylation of the chondrosome. Hence, it suggests that 'Re Du Qing 'has the protcetive effect on the chondrosome. We believe that the protective effect of 'Re Du Qing' on cells provides a new theoretic basis for its use in the treatment of severe septic diseases.
