摘要
本文对最小方差自校正调节器在超高压汞灯控制中的应用做了研究。结果表明,这种应用有较显著的优点,其光强控制精度可达0<0.2%。
The application of STR is investigated in the light intensity regulating system of superhigh pressure mercury-arc lamp.The results show that the light intensity regulating accuracy is superior to σ=0.2%.
