摘要
本文针对高频焊管机焊接挤压的控制,提出一种离散 MRACS 的设计方法。所设计的自适应控制器不仅算法简单,容易实现,而且适用于非最小相位系统。理论分析和仿真实验表明,提出的控制系统结构合理,具有良好的跟随性能和强的抗干扰能力,适合在中、小型高频焊管机上应用。
In solving the control of the welding sqeeing force,a kind of design method for discrete MRACS is presented in this paper.The algorithm of the given adaptive controller not only is simple and easy to implement,but also can be to nonminimum phase systems. The theory analysis and simulation tests prove that the presented control system has a reasonable structure and a good follow—up performance as a strong disturbance—resisting ability,and is useful for middle—model or small—model HF welded pipe mill.
