镍体系催化丁二烯聚合研究

摘要 本工作考察了 Ni(naph)_2-(i-Bu)(i-Bu)_2AlOAr-BF_3·OEf_2体系催化丁二烯聚合时-OAr 基对催化活性的影响,发现当-Ar 基为■时体系活性最高,并且制得的产物比 Ni(naph)_2-(i-Bu)_3Al-BF_3·OEt_2体系催化聚合得到的产物分子量高,凝胶含量低。还研究了多种聚合条件与催化活性、产物分子量及其分布、产物微观结构间的关系。结果表明,本体系合成的是高顺式1,4—聚丁二烯,聚合温度及 BF_3·OEt_2用量可作为控制产物分子量及其分布的手段。 In Ni (naph)_2-(i-Bu)_2A1OAr-BF_3·OEt_2 catalyst system,theeffect of-OAr radical on polymerizing activity was investigated.It was found that if -OAr radical was-O-■-CH_3,the catalystsystem exhibited considerably high activity,and the molecular weightof the polymer obtained was higher than that with Ni(naph),-(i-Bu)_3Al-BF_3.OEt_2 as catalyst,the gellation was less.The effects of somepolymerizing conditions on the catalyst activity,the microstructureof the polymer,the moleeular weight and its distribution were alsoexamined.The results showed that the polymer was high cis-1,4-polybutadiene,and the polymerization temperature and the amount ofBF_3·OEt_2 could be used to regulate the molecular weight and itsdistribution.
