1,2—聚丁二烯橡胶在乘用子午线轮胎胎面胶上的应用研究(Ⅰ)

本文研究了NR/1,2—PB并用比、硫黄、促进剂及炭黑的种类和用量对NR/1,2—PB硫化胶物理机械性能的影响规律,得出了NR/1,2—PB用于采用子午胎胎面胶的最佳配方,并与NR/SBR实际生产配方进行了比较,结果表明,NR/1,2—PB配方硫化胶的各项性能均达到了国家标准,且具有抗湿滑性好、生热低和耐老化性好的优点,可用于乘用子午胎胎面胶的生产。

The influences of sulfur, the blend ratio of NR/1, 2—PB, the kinds and levels of accelerators and carbon black on the performances of vulcanizates were studied. The optimized formulation was obtained and compared with that used in practice. The results showed that NR/1, 2—PB blend not only could meet the needs of car radial tyre tread, but also had excellent properties —high wet skid resistance, Iow heat build-up and good thermal aging resistance. 1, 2—polybutadiene can be used for the car radial tyrc tread.
