用于胆酸监测的微型传感器

摘要 本文描述了一种用于制备对胆酸敏感的离子选择性微电极的复合液态离子交换剂的制备方法,这种液态离于交换剂为:2%苄二甲基十六烷基铵胆酸盐的葵醇溶液和十六碳烷基三丁基铵牛磺胆酸的5%六氯苯+0.5%当量乙酰溴苯胺的邻二氯苯溶液。 本文还将这种液态离子交换剂与其他液态离子交换剂所制备的对胆酸敏感的离子选择性微电极在不同溶液中的斜率、检测下限、选择性系数、漂移及响应时间,进行了比较。 The preparation of a compound liquid ion exchanger used for the manufacture of bile acid sensitive microelectrode was described.The liquid ion exchanger is 2% benzyldimethyl-hexadecylammonium cholate in decanol/0.1mol hexadecyl-tributylammonium taurncholate in 5% hexachlor obenzene + 0.5% bromoacetanilide in 0-dichlorobenzene. This ion exchanger mentioned above was compared with the others about the sensitiveness to bile acid. The slopes, detection limits,selective coefficients, drifts and respone time of the various bile acids sensitive microelectrodes in different calibration solutions were demonstrated and compared with each other.
