摘要
SPA-CAIT 检测血清中 LpI 型抗体简便、经济、快速,20min 可观察结果,不需特殊设备。136份血清标本检测结果与 MAT 结果比较一致。本试验方法作为血清流行病学调查和临床病人诊断的一种快速过筛试验,具有一定意义。
The Staphylococcal Protein A—Coagglutination inhibition Test(SPA—CAIT)is a simple,low-cost and rapid method for determination of the antibody against Legionella pneumophila serogroup I.It takes only 20 minutes to obtain the result without any special instrument.There are 95.6% coincidence between the results obtained by this test and micro-agglutination test(MAT).SPA-CAIT is a useful screening test for epidemiological survey and clinical diagnosis.
