边界元法在齿轮轮齿应力分析中的应用

摘要 本文应用二维弹性力学的边界元法,首次对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮轮齿在多种啮合状态下的接触应力和弯曲应力进行了全面综合分析计算。得到了轮齿在不同啮合状态下的接触应力和弯曲应力的分布规律。计算结果与传统计算方法进行了比较;与实验结果吻合较好。因而为齿轮的接触强度和弯曲强度计算提供了新的途径。 In this paper, the contact and bending stresses of the involute spur cylindrical gears, which are engaged at several points, are calculated and analysed perfectly. The distribution law of the cantact and bending stresses in the engaged states is found. That calculating results are gree with the experimental results which are also compared with that of traditional methods. So that, a new way to solve gear stresses is presented.
