摘要
本文把离心摇床床身简化为三次超静定刚架进行动力学分析,而得到微分平衡方程,并由此解出的位移求得内力,在求解中引进了频率函数F_i(λ),这便于计算程序化。从断裂分析得知本结构选强度较高的16Mn合金钢是不合适的;因而本文建议改用A_a钢工字形截面的幅条,使床身寿命较低的问题得到解决。
Present paper simplfied the centrifugal table body into Thrice-superstatic-rigid-frame
and gone on dynamic analysis. The differential balance equations, was acheived. Using the solu-
tion result of displacement we found out the inner force. In the course of finding solution, the fre-
queney function F_1 (λ) was introduced so as to calculation can be programmfied From the analy-
sis of fracture, It is known that choice of high strength 16Mn alloy steel for this structure are un-
fitable. Therefore, present paper proposed selecting A_3 steel for this structure that the shorter life
problem of the table body would be solved.
