根据文献[1],本介绍利用矩阵奇异值分解(SVD)的多变量系统稳定性判定的程序算法,并以实例说明这种方法的特点和应用。
According to reference[1], this paper presents the algorithm and programme of the multi-
varable system stability criterion by virtue of SVD, and indicates the properties and applications
of this approach by an example.
