单离子通道电流记录的微机实时操作与分析系统

摘要 研制本系统目的是提高单通道电流记录的效率与可靠性,精细分析实验结果,力求设备简化,操作容易。因微机兼有双脉冲程序刺激器、记忆示波器。数字记录系统等功能,所以硬件只需一台IBM PC微机和一台斑片钳放大器。软件用IBM编译BASIC与宏汇编编程,由四个独立模块组成。测试模块观察十亿欧姆封接过程;实验模块监视控制电位下的数据采集与存贮;再现模块将存盘的原始记录写入内存并呈现在屏幕上;分析模块按通道电流幅值鉴别通道类型,进而分析通道开放概率与动力学。 This system is developed to raise efficiency and reliability for recording of single channel current,to analyse,experimental results elaborately,and to make device simple as well as operation easy.The hardware is only consisted of an IBM PC Cornputer and a patch clamp amplifier,because the computer can cover other function,sueh as double pulse programmed stimulator,memory oscilloscope and digital recording system and so on.The software,edited with both compile BASIC and macro assemble language,is consisted of four independent modules.The test module is designed to observe the process of GΩ seal;thr experimental module is designed to monitor collecting and saving of adta under command potentia;the repeated module is used to write original experimental recording from floppy disk into memory and tO display oh the screen and the aitalysing module is used to distinguish types of channel according to thier amplitude and to analyse open probability and dynamics about chalinels.
