系统性红斑狼疮临床分型的探讨——附100例分析

本文根椐100例SLE患者的临床表现提出临床分型标准,共分十型:(1)脑型(6％);(2) 肾型(13％);(3) 心血管型(6％);(4) 肺型(7％);(5)肝型(11％);(6) 胃肠型(4％);(7) 血液型(7％);(8) 皮肤型(9％);(9) 普通型(27％);(10) 多器官衰竭型(10％)。本文将盘状红斑狼疮归入皮肤型。各型中以脑型病情最危重。

According to the clinical features seen in 100 cases of systemic lupus crythcme,it might be clinically grouped into 10 types.Tney are(1)ccrebral type(6％),(2)renal type(13％),(3)cardiovascular type(6％),(4)pulmonary type(7％),(5)hepa type(11％),(6)gastrointestinal type(4％)(7)homopathic type(7％),(8)dermal type(9％),(9)ordinary type(27％),(10)multiorgan injurious type(10％).The discoid lupus crythematosus Was classified among the dermal type.The cetebral type carried the worst prognosis.
