本文利用了西德欧波同公司生产的IBAS型图象分析仪,将黑白金相图象经灰度—彩色视频变换,转化为彩色金相图象.本文对仪器结构作了简介,对操作步骤及仪器工作原理作了阐明,并介绍了我们对球墨铸铁及灰铸铁的实验结果。

The IBAS type interactive image analysis system manufactured by Opton Company of West Germany is applied to transform the black-and-white metallographic image into color metallographic image through gray and color video transformation. The structure of the projector of the instrument is introduced, the operational steps and principles expounded, and the experimental results of nodular cast iron and gray cast iron introduced. It is believed that the technique is well advanced and of great scientific value and it is worthwhile to probe further.
