A New Approach for Determining the Operational Capacity of V-Belt Transmission

文章给出了一种可按不同的胶带预期寿命来确定实际工况下单根带许用功率的方法.介绍了该方法计算公式中各修正系数的定义、确定化纤三角带和普通三角带设计常数的理论根据以及依据Miner法则推导传动比系数计算式的过程.文中还提供了计算实例及用于人工手算的计算用表.

A new method is proposed for determining the nominal horsepower of a single belt subject to operational loading according to its expected service life under practical working conditions. The calculation of the modification factors required by the method is introduced, the theoretical background of the determination of design constants of fiber V-belt and rubber V-belt presented, the formulation of gear ratio factor of V-belt transmission given and practical examples as well as the table for manual calculation also provided.
