电刺激猫隔核对血浆皮质醇浓度的影响

EFFECT ELECTRICAL STIMULSTION OF THE SEPTUM ON PLASMA CORTISOL CONSENTRATION IN CATS

作者采用电刺激猫大脑边缘系统隔核,以观察血浆皮质醇浓度的变化。实验结果表明,刺激隔核可引起血浆皮质醇浓度升高伴有两个峰值的变化。提示隔核有促进肾上腺皮质分泌的机能。

The cortisol levels in plasma were elevated with two peaks in experimental animal when the septum was stimulated electrically.The septum was suggested to have a fun- ct on to accelerate thc secretion of adrenocortex.
