摘要
作者用盐酸普鲁卡因和四笨硼钠作用生成白色沉淀作为活性材料,研制了三种不同类型的药物传感器:PVC 膜涂层玻璃电极传感器、PVC 膜涂丝场效应管传感器和PVC 膜传感器。分别测定了各种传感器件的性能参数,均获得很好的 Nernst 响应,满意的重现性和稳定性。它们的适用性范围均在3.0~8.0之间。应用各种传感器件测定了原科药的回率及复方普鲁卡因肾上腺素注射液的含量,获得满意的结果。
Polivinylchloride(PVC)membrane sensor,PVC membrane glass electrode sensor and PVC membrane ion-sensitive field effect transistor have been studied.They take procaintetraphenylborate as an active material.All the procain sensors showed a good Nernstian response,reproducibility and stability.Only the ions of dicain and ephedrine interfered when the selective coefficients of 16 chemical compounds were determined by means of distinctive solution method.Analysis of drugs with the sensors give satisfa- ctory results.
