Calculation of Stress Concentration Factor Ys for External Gears

本文着重研究了国外文献[1]。参照文献[2]、[3]、[4],考查了将名义弯曲应力换算成齿根局部应力的来由,深入分析了Y_s中各辅助值,建立了具体数学模型和电算程序框图;并给出双变位系数x和齿数z的一些试验数据,在APPLE-Ⅱ机上运行,打印出Y_s的理想结果。

The reference [1] is mainly studied and the references [2], [3], [4] are also re- ferred in this paper. The reasons concerning how to convert the nominal bending stress into teeth root partial stress, how to analyze various auxiliary values of Ys. how to set up specific mathematical model and how to pre- pare calculation program flowchart are all examined by the author. Making use of some tested data of correction factor X and teeth number Z, the program is successfully operated on an APPLE-i I computer and the ideal results of Ys are obtained.
