摘要
本文分析了两个牧区典型蒙古族苏木的样本资料.蒙古族牧民的主要直接死因依次为:心脏病、恶性肿瘤、结核病、脑血管病及意外死亡等.在蒙古族牧区的特定环境下威胁蒙古族人口寿命的主要危险因素可能是:长期的高脂肪少蔬菜的膳食,高脂血症的发病,结核病的传播,男性长期嗜酒及酗酒后带来的意外死亡和妇幼保健低水平.针对上述因素提出的防制对策可能是“2000年人人健康”的目标在蒙古族牧区实现的重要途径.
Analysis of sampling data from two of the typical Mongolian sumus (in English:counties)showed:The main causes of mortality of the Mongolian herdsmen came by order from heart disease,malignant tumor,T.B.,cerebro-vascular disease,accidental death etc.Under the specific pastoral environment,the main dangerous factors of threat- ening of life may be:longterm diet with high lipid and without vegetable,suffering from hyperlipemia,spreading of T.B.,the long-term hobby of wine-drinking and excessive hard liquor drinking of men and the corresponding accidental death,lower level of maternity and baby care.Preventive countermeasures against the above—mentioned factors may be the important channel to get“Everybody in good health in 2000 A.D.”to be realised in the Mongolian pastoral area.
